Barbara Fry Henchoz, Economist, Communication and Diversity Expert

Barbara Fry Henchoz supports organisations on topics such as internal communications, change management, and diversity and inclusion.

She began her career at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and then joined biotech company Merck Serono in Geneva as Manager of Corporate Affairs & Investor Relations. After this, she worked as an independent consultant in Zurich for leading international companies before moving to Toronto to head the Communications & Strategic Alliances department at Merck Serono’s Canadian branch. Once back in Zurich, she took over responsibility for the Steiner Group’s overall communications. In 2015, she founded Barbara Fry Consulting and launched the Re-Thinking Diversity brand in 2020.

Barbara Fry Henchoz holds a master’s degree in Economics, an executive master’s degree in Communications Management and also completed a specialised training course in Behavioural Economics at Harvard Business School. She is a certified member of the Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists (GAABS).
